Maintains accurate forecasts, supports supply planning, and provides insights for planning and inventory decisions. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliLead weekly demand review meetings. /liliMonitor and report on stock levels, long‑term projections, promotion plans, SOP files, and monthly closure estimates. /liliManage long‑term forecasting processes and support Sales on Bottom‑Up forecast creation. /liliTrack and improve KPIs: SFA, LT, WOS, COI. /liliAnalyze sell‑out trends monthly and yearly. /liliDevelop sell‑out/sell‑in forecasts with Marketing Team. /liliEvaluate seasonality curves and promotion impact on demand forecasts. /liliRun forecast consensus meeting with Sales Leader, aligning cross‑functional teams. /liliMaintain accuracy and visibility of all forecast reports and KPIs to support planning and operational decisions. /liliOversee supply planning, manage supply constraints, and maintain daily communication with factories. /liliManage product allocation with monthly planning and weekly adjustments.



/liliFollow up on orders, deliveries, and potential delays. /liliCoordinate product SWAPs with other subsidiaries when needed. /li /ulh3What You Must Have /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. /liliExperience in demand planning, supply chain, business planning, or similar roles. /liliStrong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to work with large data sets. /liliProficiency in Excel and confidence working with planning/reporting tools. /liliSolid understanding of forecasting methodologies and supply chain fundamentals. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. /liliDetail‑oriented mindset and strong ownership of accuracy and deadlines. /li /ulh3Nice If You Have /h3ulliExperience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or multinational environments. /liliFamiliarity with SOP processes and planning systems (e.g., SAP, APO, other ERP tools). /liliKnowledge of statistical forecasting models. /liliPrevious involvement in stock management, allocation, or supply issue resolution. /liliAbility to work in fast‑paced, dynamic, and matrix organizations. /liliCuriosity, flexibility, and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude. /li /ulh3Diversity Engagement for All /h3pLG Electronics does not discriminate based on age, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
