ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will support the main production plan for two plants, optimize material supply, and develop daily production schedules to fulfill shipping requests. You’ll translate the production plan into supplier planning, manage long lead‑time materials, and drive cost‑reduction and stock‑optimization efforts. You will work to improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and SAP‑supported operations. This is a practical, cross‑functional role that combines planning, procurement, and logistics to sustain reliable product delivery in a global team. Join Technogym to help scale operations while promoting a healthy, performance‑driven culture. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the main production plan for two plants and manage material supply via open orders /liliIssue supply orders promptly and ensure correct procurement of components and spare parts /liliDevelop daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories,



and components /liliTranslate production plan into supplier planning and define procurement inputs /liliImplement cost‑reduction activities and policies maintaining service levels /liliSupport improvement activities in the Operations area on SAP /liliOptimize inventory levels and maintain predefined service levels /liliManage materials with long lead times for production and spare parts /liliPromote continuous improvement in Operations /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster in Management Engineering or Economics (or equivalent) /liliStrong command of Excel /lili1–2 years of experience or recent graduate /liliStrong knowledge of production processes, logistics, and inventory management /liliExperience with SAP; other production planning systems a plus /liliExcellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities /liliTeamwork in multicultural environments; proactive approach /liliCost management and reduction knowledge /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
