Knowledge of radio access technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) Deep knowledge of networking techniques, with main reference to IP Deep knowledge of synchronisation technologies and transport security (IPSec, Macsec). Knowledge of radio equipment and sw functionalities and parameter Knowledge of 3GPP protocols Management of complex customised solutions Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT Deep IP networking expertise Very good knowledge of 3GPP Radio Protocols and mobility procedure Inter-functional relationships Ability to meet the deadline and project definitions, supported by good decision making skills
