Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy to warmly welcome guests and manage luggage and arrival procedures with professionalism. This full-time role involves doorman and bellman duties, reporting to the Lead Concierge, with a start date targeted for August and a 5-day work week.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English, good Italian, and previous bellman or doorman experience. CRM and other hotel software familiarity is a plus.
