Shape the future of our business in Europe, covering Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and PortugalOne of the world's most iconic recognisable Brands is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead the European market, driving sales performance, dealer network development, and sustainable business growth.Reporting to the EMEA leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial strategy, leading high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships across the dealer network and key stakeholders.What You'll DoDevelop and execute the sales strategy for the designated European regions, aligned with regional business objectives.Drive wholesale, retail, market share, and dealer performance growth.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.Build strong partnerships with dealer principals and key business stakeholders.Use market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations,
