The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Store Design & Construction Department,



supporting the design and execution of works related to BATA & AW LAB stores across Western Europe, both retail and franchising.The resource will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. xysqume The role provides a well-rounded introduction to store development processes, combining design, coordination, and project management aspects.KEY CHALLENGES:Support in drafting and structuring projects in line with the BATA & AW LAB concepts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, corporate strategies, and evolving sales formatsSupport in coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective monitoring of timelines, results, and follow-up actionsSupport in updating technical drawings (e.G., layouts, store plans, electrical diagrams) using AutoCADSupport in preparing and managing project technical and administrative documentationSupport during the initial and final testing phases of the stores before their opening, contributing to the verification of the effectiveness of the implemented solutionsCORE COMPETENCIES:University in progress or degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or SurveyorGood knowledge of AutoCAD drawing programmeGood knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop graphics programmesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detailsProactive and creative mindsetCollaborative and cooperative attitudeDelivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlinesLANGUAGES:Italian Mother tongueGood Knowledge of EnglishSpanish (nice to have)PACKAGE & BENEFITS:Monthly allowance: € 600,00Free CanteenFlexible working hoursPossibility of working in Lavoro da remoto for part of the week after an initial on-site training periodDiscounts on BATA and AW LAB productsLOCATION:Limena (PD)
