We make what matters work.nnEatonu2019s Mobility Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Bosconero Valves Plant (Turin), welcoming applications from both earlyu2011career engineers and experienced professionals. In this role, you will collaborate with skilled engineers and crossu2011functional teams to support change management and new product launches for valve manufacturing from production engineering side.nnDepending on your experience level, you will have the opportunity to build strong technical foundations or take on greater ownership and impact, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. You will be involved in engineering projects, process and equipment performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and new machines installation, within a collaborative and performanceu2011driven manufacturing environment.nn## What youu2019ll do:nn * Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.n * Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of dayu2011tou2011day production issues.n * Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets.n * Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing.n * Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.n * Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning,



and machining process development for new products.n * Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution.nnnn## Qualifications:nn * Bachelor or Masteru2019s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background.n * Previous experience in a similar also as an intern is a plus.
