Your role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive the implementation of Lean-based manufacturing methods and support the continuous optimization of our production processes. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to improve flow, eliminate waste, and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Your activities will include production time estimation, layout design, KPI monitoring, 5S and process audits, automation assessments, and supporting new product introductions.

To succeed, you will need

- A degree in Engineering and/or 1–3 years of experience in Lean-oriented manufacturing environments

- Hands-on experience applying Lean principles and strong attention to safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency.

- A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work in a challengin enviroment and engage directly with the shop floor when needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.

- Integrity, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement and sustainability.

At our company we have more than 25 years of experience in developing condensate management solutions and since three years we are part of the Atlas Copco Group.
