Junior Business Analyst - Financial Services

Job Description:

Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to be trained and involved in our Financial and Banking teams. You will be involve in our projects providing your contribution to the client request.

Responsibilities

- Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions

- Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments

- Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals

- Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients

Education And Skills

- Degree in finance and/or economics

- Proactive approach, Data Driven, ability to work in team and good communication skills.

- Interest in finance and banking field
