Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Helpdesk Agent to work remotely from Greece, with a paid relocation package available for eligible candidates. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to provide top-notch customer support while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services while resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to address and escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
- Stay informed about product updates, services,
and policies to provide current and accurate information to customers.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience and support processes.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
- A positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
