Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
- Log customer interactions and track resolutions in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share valuable customer insights.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
- Foster a positive team culture and contribute to achieving team goals.

- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation with an ability to empathize with clients.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Team-oriented approach with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Excited about the idea of relocating to Greece and immersing in a new culture.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
