Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI AI Agents) /strong /ppA fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. /ppThe role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios. /ppbr/ppstrong Key Responsibilities /strong /pulliAnalyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures. /liliDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI solutions and business opportunities. /liliDesign and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering strategies, and AI Agent workflows. /liliIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing infrastructures. /liliEvaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements. /liliSupport AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment. /liliCreate technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. /liliContribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Requirements /strong /pulliExperience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems. /liliStrong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,



Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar. /liliHands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and model adaptation techniques. /liliExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise environments through APIs and existing systems. /liliKnowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, PGVector) and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). /liliFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment practices. /liliExperience with Docker, Git, API development, and AI evaluation methodologies. /liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliExperience working in enterprise environments and managing multiple priorities. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Nice to Have /strong /pulliExperience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA). /liliKnowledge of AI monitoring and evaluation frameworks. /liliExperience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector. /liliCloud certifications or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong?
