ppbContract: /b Full-time, Permanent /p h3Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and hands‑on bMethods Industrialization Engineer /b to define and industrialize the assembly and manufacturing processes of our next‑generation robotic platforms. Working across Product Development, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will define how the product will be built in series, translating product designs into efficient, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing processes. You will support the product lifecycle from early development through production ramp‑up, driving production methods, capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing readiness. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Product Development teams on assembly process design and industrialization from early development through production ramp‑up. /li liDefine assembly sequences, manufacturing routings, and production methods for manual, semi‑automated and automated operations. /li liDrive DFA activities to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and scalability. /li liDevelop Standard Work, work instructions, and process documentation. /li liPerform time and methods analysis, defining cycle times, takt times, and line balancing strategies. /li liSupport capacity planning, resource allocation, and production line sizing. /li liOptimize workflows, layouts, productivity, and process efficiency using Lean Manufacturing principles. /li liSupport prototype, pre‑series, validation, and Start of Production (SOP) activities, ensuring manufacturing readiness and process stability. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent technical background. /li li3–5 years of experience in Methods Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar roles. /li liExperience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
programs in automotive, e‑mobility, robotics, aerospace, or other high‑tech manufacturing environments. /li liExperience designing and industrializing assembly and manufacturing processes for new products. /li liKnowledge of MBOM, production routings, assembly processes, Standard Work, and process validation. /li liExperience with time and methods analysis, line balancing, capacity planning, takt time calculation, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. /li liFamiliarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and Value Stream Mapping. /li liExperience with ERP, PLM, CAD, and advanced Excel tools. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. /li liExcellent communication skills with engineering and production teams. /li liAvailability to travel nationally and internationally is expected. /li liExperience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or other high‑tech manufacturing environments. /li liExposure to complex mechatronic products, automated production systems, or e‑mobility applications. /li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and industrial engineering tools and methodologies. /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting‑edge humanoid robotic systems. /li liA stimulating and informal work environment alongside highly skilled technical and research teams. /li liEmployment contract under the Italian Metalworking Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico), commensurate with experience. /li liConcrete opportunities for professional growth. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
