Human by nature. /p h3Temporary Position /h3 pThis is a temporary position for a fixed term of 2 years. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pBe the central link between customers, operations, and the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and cost‑effectively. Build strong relationships, act as the bVoice of the Customer /b within Givaudan, and manage the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates. /p h3You Will /h3 h3Strategy design and execution /h3 ul liImplement the Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines. /li /ul h3Project management /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and take part in relevant projects. /li /ul h3Subject matter expertise /h3 ul liSupport assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and elevate issues when necessary. /li liCollaborate with teammates to strengthen customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences. /li liCommunicate and collaborate daily with customers,
operations, and sales. /li liResolve order requests or issues, and manage customer complaints or inquiries effectively. /liliWhen applicable, determine corrective actions with support from the Support Office and Control Tower. /li liPrepare debit and credit notes, process quality notifications, and manage customer returns. /li /ul h3Customer relationship management /h3 ul liManage customer expectations and build trusting relationships. /li liCollect and enter customer forecasts, collaborate with planning on demand information and stock positions, and take part in demand planning meetings. /li liSeek and act on customer feedback. /li liMaintain accurate customer records, including information on contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements. /li liProvide coverage and support for teammates when needed. /li liSelect the most effective communication method based on the situation. /li liNavigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism to find resolutions. /li liContribute to improving new customer experiences by following agreed processes. /li liParticipate in customer visits and presentations. /li /ul h3Your Professional Profile Includes /h3 ul liA university degree is preferred. /li li2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. /li liExperience in a similar industry is an advantage.
/li liFluency in English (spoken and written). /li liExperience with SAP and associated processes. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools. /li liDemonstrated customer relationship management skills. /liliBasic understanding of inventory management. /li liFamiliarity with Incoterms and shipping terminology. /li liKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (white/yellow belt certification preferred). /li /ul h3Our Benefits /h3 ul liThis position is C1 level under the Chemical‑Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement with a starting salary of € 34 280.
