Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Retail Planner to define and monitor store turnover objectives, breaking them down into commercial KPIs and productivity targets in line with Retail Management guidance.

You will support the Store Manager in planning per-store objectives, analyze trends, verify levers and actions, and promote digital tools to improve effectiveness and sustainability across the network. Fluency in English and strong teamwork are essential.
