In this role, you'll work independently on routine operational matters while collaborating with global teams, bringing precision and attention to detail to every task. You'll contribute to service delivery excellence through meticulous data control, reporting, and financial analysis—making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to build expertise in service operations while supporting our customers' success in a hybrid work environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage back-office operations including financial data controlling, reporting, and data entry with advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with global policies /liliSupport service delivery workflows by maintaining precise records and contributing to operational reporting that informs business decisions /liliPrepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and supporting strategic planning /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and timely delivery of support services /liliIdentify operational challenges and contribute solutions through careful analysis and attention to detail /liliWelcome opportunities to learn and grow within the Global Services organization, bringing fresh perspectives to process improvement /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent professional qualification /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas,
