At Arsenale, we're at the forefront of a new era in biomanufacturing by making precision fermentation viable at an industrial scale. Our unique end-to-end, software-first platform challenges the status quo by enabling companies to co-design with nature and manufacture at scale at a fraction of the cost. By combining cutting-edge technology with an anti-disciplinary mindset, we drive innovation and shape the future of biomanufacturing.

Position Overview: We seek a skilled and motivated Fermentation Technician or Research Associate proficient in Italian and English. The successful candidate will operate and maintain bioreactor vessels, prepare media/feed, sample and analyse fermentation processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure general equipment maintenance. - Continuous Improvement: Assist in constructing and improving fermentation processes and equipment. Engage in problem-solving and suggest improvements based on market trends and research.

Qualifications:

- Education: A background in fermentation technology, biotechnology, microbiology, chemical engineering, or a related field is welcome. Candidates with either technician-level or research associate-level experience will be considered.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English is required to facilitate communication within the team and with external partners.
