Job Description
Are you keen to start your career as a consultant after completing your master's degree or doctorate? Our 24-month entry-level program offers you the opportunity to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base.
Become part of our Women @ Roland Berger Community and exchange ideas with other female consultants at networking meetings. Regular training and coaching, combined with the support of a female mentor throughout the program, will foster your personal and professional development.

Qualifications
- Master's degree from a university or a doctorate, with excellent academic performance
- International experience from an internship or semester abroad
- Several internships in a strategic or conceptual field
- Fluent in Italian and English
