Demonstrated publication trajectory reflecting academic excellence and capacity to generate impact within local and European economic spheres. Active involvement in dissemination and outreach activities (e.g., conferences, interviews, media contributions). /li liProven pedagogical competencies to deliver quality teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels.



Experience in design and management of educational programs is a plus. /li liExcellent command of English. Italian or other languages are not required. /li liSolid grounding in social sciences, consistent with ESCP’s intellectual tradition. /li liPreference for candidates with several years of experience as faculty members and a track record of success in research, teaching, and service. /li /ul pbBenefits /b /p pCompetitive salary: €54,000–€67,000 for Assistant Professors and €58,000–€85,000 for Associate Professors. Supplementary compensation up to 30% of gross annual salary may be offered for strong or high‑potential research profiles. Variable compensation may also apply for academic responsibilities.
