Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Consumer Company, we are looking for a:
**Retail Marketing & CRM Manager** Reporting to the Retail Director and collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, the Retail Marketing & CRM Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning and delivering growth opportunities to maximise Brand impact and market share. **Main Responsibilities**: - Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, geo-marketing data and competitor activities to identify the best opportunities to guide strategic decisions;
- Sales analyses and support to the Retail Director to build and review the internal mid-term plans;
- Defines and implements strategies for new store openings and retail development, aligning plans with corporate objectives;
- Support the definition of the marketing strategy for the Retail channel by driving initiatives that increase penetration and strengthen Brand value;

- Lead the planning and creation of marketing campaigns and in-store activations, ensuring a strong Brand presence and consumer engagement;
- Oversee Visual Merchandising strategies consistent with Brand identity, ensuring engaging shopping experiences and enhancing the visual impact of stores;
- Identify high-potential areas and evaluate store positions through geo-marketing analysis and flow data. **Requirements & Skills**: - + 5 years of experience in business development and retail expansion, or similar roles within the Retail sector;
- Strong knowledge of Retail market dynamics and consumer trends;
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset and goals-oriented approach;
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee projects and explore potential opportunities for growth;
