Job Title: Certified Court Reporter

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Omaha, NE (with potential nationwide travel, primarily within Nebraska)

Duties:

- Accurately record and transcribe depositions, public meetings, and other formal proceedings for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Nebraska.
- Organize and facilitate virtual kick-off meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Ensure all transcripts meet federal, state (Nebraska), and local standards, including proper formatting and indexing.
- Travel to various locations as required, with adherence to travel regulations.

Requirements:

- Valid court reporting license/certification for Nebraska.
- Notary certification in Nebraska.
- Demonstrated experience in court reporting for a federal government agency.
- Proficiency in remote computer/video equipment for court reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
