Brand Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand growth strategies to strengthen brand recognition and market position.

- Lead a team of brand managers, support their development, and ensure effective project execution.

- Monitor campaign performance and brand KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvements to achieve better results.

- Coordinate work with other departments, external partners, and agencies to execute campaigns and achieve brand objectives.

- Ensure consistency across all brand materials and communications, and develop content that reflects the brand voice and engages the target audience.

- Track market trends and competitor activities, and implement innovative approaches and new ideas.

- Plan and manage the brand budget to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience managing B2C brand projects.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies while maintaining consistency across all channels.





- Leading a team of brand managers and coordinating cross-functional projects.

- Strong analytical skills, including KPI management, market research, and consumer behavior analysis.

- Experience managing content, social media, websites, and email campaigns.

- Ability to adapt the brand and campaigns to cultural and regional market specifics.

- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
