Job Description

Per Hotel 4* di Marina Centro di Rimini si ricerca Receptionist turnante con esperienza da inserire immediatamente in organico.

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi delle procedure di check in e check out, assegnazione camere, coordinamento con il reparto housekeeping, guest relations, gestione delle chiamate e delle mail di richieste individuali. E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese e possibilmente di una seconda lingua (tedesco o francese). Carattere preferenziale avrà la conoscenza del gestionale Opera.

Work Experience

Skills:

· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

· Manage online and phone reservations





· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

· Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

· Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

· Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

· Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Required:

· 2 years of experience

· knowledge of the Opera PMS

· fluent English language

· additional language (French or German)
