As our Accounting Specialist , you’ll support HID’s success by:
The selected candidate will play an active part in the administrative function and will have the opportunity to work closely with both Italian and international stakeholders, contributing to the development and evolution of accounting processes within a transforming organization.
- Collecting, verifying, and processing Italian and foreign supplier invoices received via email, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, pricing, and quantities, and record purchase invoices and credit notes in accordance with accounting principles
- Managing and posting customs bills, including required activities through the Customs Agency portal, ensuring correct accounting and regu
