Position: Restaurant Waiter/Waitress
Location: Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, Cala Petra Ruja – Sardinia
Season: May 25th – August 31st (possible extension until September 15th or shorter contract available)
Opening Hours: Daytime operation (11.00-19.00)
Contract: Italian CCNL Turismo – Waiter level (with overtime & bonuses)
Benefits: Shared accommodation and meals during shift provided

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. You will deliver attentive, personalized, and high‑standard service to an international clientele, ensuring a smooth flow of operations throughout the day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Taking orders, guiding guests through our culinary offering
- Coordinating with runners and bartenders
- Supporting set‑up and closing procedures
- Maintaining a luxury service pace aligned with Nikki Beach global standards

Prerequisites
- Strong professionalism and refined approach to luxury service
- Ability to create authentic connections with high‑end international guests
- Previous experience in luxury restaurants, 5‑star hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or upscale hospitality venues (preferred)
