We are looking for someone with the drive to prospect relentlessly, the curiosity to understand a transformative product, and the discipline to run a structured outbound motion every day. Experience matters less than attitude and motivation.



Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage target accounts within defined ICPs through cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Account Research: Go into every outreach knowing the company, the person, and the likely pain point. Discovery Calls: Run first-touch conversations to qualify intent, uncover pain, and assess fit before handing off to AEs.
Capture the right information on every qualified lead, don’t pass warm bodies, pass real opportunities.
CRM Hygiene: Log every touchpoint in the CRM. Collaboration & Growth
Your conversations are a direct signal for product and positioning.
Outbound Mindset: You don’t wait for leads. Enough interest in AI and automation to understand what you’re selling and why it matters to the people you’re calling.
You debrief your own calls. Prior BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS
