An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Sales & Events to join Jumeirah.
Drive Sales & Events activity for the property’s Signature restaurants, generating revenue through private dining, group bookings and curated dining experiences.
Develop and execute sales plans that position each restaurant to attract the right business across key trading periods and special occasions.
Build relationships with corporate, social and lifestyle clients, translating their needs into tailored dining experiences that deliver guest satisfaction and commercial return.
Identify and convert new opportunities across relevant market segments, building a healthy pipeline of restaurant event and private dining business.
Coordinate with Restaurant GMs, Operations, Marketing and PR teams to ensure event-led business is seamlessly delivered and supports restaurant visibility and revenue.
6–8 years’ experience in Sales, Events or hospitality commercial roles, ideally within luxury hotels, restaurants or premium lifestyle environments.
