Group/Division Summary The Drug Product Division (DPD), a business within the Pharma Services Group, operates as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for large & specialty pharma and biotech companies. The business offers development services & commercial production of drugs,
improving the life of millions of patients every day.
Position Summary The role is focused on making significant contributions to profitability of the DPD Sterile EU & APAC Business Unit by effectively supporting and leading initiatives which will drive improved financial results. This position drives strategic change across the network, supports growth, and leads process improvement initiatives through the Thermo Fisher Scientific's Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI) framework and digital technologies.
You will partner with BU leaders to identify and scope the highest productivity improvement projects.
