What we are looking for
The Italy Finance Planning & Control Sr. Specialist act as a strategic partner to our business unit, driving performance and profitability through insightful financial analysis and active collaboration. This role provides analytical support to finance, commercial and marketing teams, offering insights to optimize profitability, budgetary control, cost management and enhance operational efficiency.
By working closely with business leaders, the specialist contributes to investments planning and the continuous improvement of financial processes, financial planning, budgeting and performance monitoring at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional financial strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise and a commercial mindset, fostering collaboration with marketing teams to align with financial objectives and long-term strategy.
