Experteer Overview As an Account Solution Engineer, you drive the technical direction of the sales cycle by translating client needs into compelling Salesforce solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase product value, lead demos, and respond to RFPs, acting as a trusted advisor on transformational journeys. You combine technical acumen with sales savvy to shape customer outcomes and accelerate implementation. This role offers the chance to influence how customers adopt AI-driven CRM at scale and learn through hands‐on training and mentorship.

Responsabilità Hands‐on Salesforce experience
Bachelor xrdztoy in Computer Science
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good time management in a dynamic team environment
Team‐oriented, curious, and passionate about technology
