The Opportunity Support the operations at our Italian Hub in Turin, playing a key role in sales and after‐sales processes. The position will focus on design office responsibilities and after‐sales service (SAV). Responsibilities Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation. Perform after‐sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height. Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy. Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience. Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energies, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Interest in learning how to dimension projects – photometric studies. Experience using ERP SAGE software for stock management. Background in warehouse management and skill in operating a lift platform. Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.
