In this role you drive resilient technology solutions for customers, translating business needs into tailored resiliency architectures. You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to craft proposals, cost models, and go‐to‐market pitches, guiding engagements from scoping to signature. You shape how Kyndryl delivers resilient services, balancing technical excellence with commercial viability. This position offers visibility with senior directors and a chance to influence cross‐industry solutions in a collaborative, growth‐focused environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate with customers to understand pain points and craft tailored resiliency solutions Develop resiliency solutions and cost cases for simple and complex opportunities Support Solutioning Managers during customer technology and business discussions Present business and technical benefits to decision‐makers and customers Create innovative technical solutions aligned with industry trends and customer expectations Gather documents and technical insights to deliver compelling bid submissions Define winning cost models and lead deals to profitability Participate in contract negotiations through signature and smooth hand‐off Own final solution documents and present them professionally Standardize go‐to‐market pitches across industries to differentiate Kyndryl Responsabilità 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Resiliency Architecture, BCP, DR and DR Testing, HA design, Cyber Resiliency, Orchestration and Automation Expertise with IT governance, management/operating models and IT financing models Ability to design and build technical solutions from customer requirements and complex problems Understanding xrdztoy of infrastructure management, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems Excellent customer‐facing and presentation sk
