In this role you will lead the development, construction, and commissioning of electrical and utilities infrastructure for a new data centre in Italy, aligning projects with business goals. You will work with engineers, contractors, and utility providers to deliver HV/MV infrastructure on schedule and within budget. You'll manage resources, budgets, and quality control while supporting business development and strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape critical energy infrastructure for data centre operations in Italy and contribute to infrastructure growth and innovation. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead energy & utilities projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals Coordinate with engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and utility providers for HV/MV infrastructure Supervise design and construction of substations and power lines, on time and within budget Manage resources, budgets, schedules,



and quality control processes Track project progress, hold regular meetings, elevate issues as needed Negotiate contracts and bids with contractors, developers, and consultants Support site due diligence and resolve factors impacting handover Review deliverables, raise queries, ensure regulatory compliance Prepare progress reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering, or related field Advanced knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems and Italian electricity regulations; experience in other European markets is a plus 3+ years' xrdztoy experience with DSOs, TSO, suppliers, or utilities Experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of HV/MV substations and underground power lines Familiarity with power line concessions, interconnection agreements, and Italian utility operating models Experience
