In this M&A; Project Manager role, you will lead energy‐sector transactions from initial market studies through due diligence and financial modelling. You will coordinate cross‐border stakeholders across Europe and prepare materials for investment committees, driving value in greenfield and brownfield opportunities. You'll evaluate acquisition and partnership options as part of Leap29's energy transition initiatives. This role offers impact shaping deals in a fast‐moving, international environment with a strong focus on sustainable solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead M&A; transactions including preliminary studies and market analysis
Perform due diligence and build project cash‐flow financial models
Coordinate project management with internal and external stakeholders across Europe
Prepare investment committee and management review materials
Support selection and management of advisors or partners in M&A;
Conduct and contribute to energy‐sector market analyses
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years in Transaction Services, M&A;, Private Equity, or corporate finance in an international environment
Experience in energy or utilities sector preferred
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize complex information
Independent, proactive, and adaptable
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‐solving abilities
Fluent in Italian and English
