Ruby Group in Rome, Italy is seeking a motivated individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home throughout their stay.
You will support guests with check-in, prepare drinks and snacks, manage the breakfast buffet, and share insider city tips. Ideal candidates will have experience in the hotel industry and be fluent in both Italian and English.
The position offers a full-time 35-hour work week along with a mobility allowance and profit-sharing opportunities.
