Experteer Overview In this role you support and enable real‐world applications built on Inter Systems technology, collaborating with developers and healthcare partners to solve technical challenges. You provide expert guidance on installation, configuration, development, and operation, while delivering troubleshooting, training, and documentation. You join a global team to enhance customer satisfaction, contribute to technical knowledge, and participate in on‐site and on‐call activities. This role offers exposure to healthcare projects and the opportunity to shape customer outcomes through technical excellence and cross‐functional collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide timely responses to customer inquiries per service standards Offer technical support for application development using Inter Systems technology stack Advise Partners on installation, configuration, development,



and operation of Inter Systems products Troubleshoot and analyze performance; escalates unresolved issues per policy Create training materials for technical courses and write technical documentation Gather customer feedback for product/service improvements and escalates to management Improve response times and communication through ongoing learning Participate in on‐site training, meetings with customers/partners, and on‐site implementations Contribute to on‐call 24‐hour roster and on‐site support activities Responsabilità Knowledge of web-oriented languages including HTML and Javascript Experience with SQL, data analysis and database methodologies Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java or C++ Experience in software roles such as Developer, Quality Engineer, or Solutions Architect Ability to write technical documents Familiarity with Internet/Intranet concepts Experience with Inter Systems products (Cache, Ensemble) is desirable but not required Ability to work in a multicountry, cross‐functional team BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory
