You will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the group and its subsidiaries, providing high-quality financial insight, driving planning and reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results. Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the group. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and internal controls. Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors,



and other professional partners. Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and performance. About You We're keen to speak with finance professionals who can demonstrate: Proven experience as a Financial Controller - 3-5 years. Strong understanding of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience working within multi-entity, group, or international environments. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities.
