ACCOUNTING APPLICATION SUPPORT (Multifonds) - Officer
As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds Accounting Application Support Officer will assist in the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and support the fund accounting team. The role includes managing out‐of‐platform requests for data extraction and general reporting, requiring strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and proficiency with database queries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first‐level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
Handle and track user requests, incidents, and data‐related queries.
Perform basic checks on accounting data and resolve mismatches.
Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of requests and resolutions; contribute to the knowledge database.
Extract data from informational databases.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in accounting,



finance or equivalent.
Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products.
Proven experience with UCITS accounting.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, macros, ...).
Experience with data manipulation and ability to extract data from SQL databases.
Knowledge of Multifonds.
Optional: Knowledge of E‐front or any other major fund accounting platform.
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining close attention to detail.
