Highly recognizable and historically significant sports brand. Exposure to large-scale strategic initiatives. About Our Client The candidate will manage a landmark development project in Sicily. This is a high‐impact role overseeing a large-scale, multi‐use infrastructure initiative with significant investment and long‐term strategic relevance. The role will be managing the full lifecycle of complex capital projects, from feasibility and design through execution, testing and commissioning. The role combines project delivery with oversight of operational facilities across a diverse asset portfolio (stadium, commercial areas, hospitality, retail, infrastructure services,...). This position operates within a lean organisational structure, requiring strong direct management of external contractors, consultants and suppliers, without a large internal team. It is a full‐time, on‐site role. Job Description Manage end‐to‐end planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects; Manage high‐value CAPEX programmes (hundreds of millions) across complex,



mixed‐use developments; Oversee feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities; Coordinate and manage all third‐party contractors, consultants and suppliers; Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, health & safety and environmental standards; Managing supplier selection and procurement processes, contract negotiation and supplier performance management; Monitor budgets, timelines, risk and quality (QA/QC), ensuring efficient delivery and cost control; Establish and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies and long‐term infrastructure planning; Oversee day‐to‐day facilities operations (security, catering, cleaning, maintenance, FOH) across all assets; Ensure readiness and compliance with Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Normal Operating Procedures (NOP); Interface with local authorities and key stakeholders, ensuring strong alig
