Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Maintenance System Engineering activities for existing rolling stock, interfacing with suppliers and customers to optimize maintenance plans and drive retrofit/modification programs. You will provide high-level engineering support to depot operations, address issues from revenue service, and participate in technical meetings to align with project goals. You’ll report on project KPIs, support risk mitigation, and feed experience into reference solutions to improve future deployments.
