Experteer Overview As a Senior Industrial Engineer at Amazon Logistics, you will design and implement scalable material handling systems that blend mechanical, electrical, and software-driven automation. You will lead cross‑functional design efforts and drive improvements for high-speed, high-uptime operations across global hubs. Your work directly supports fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to millions of customers, shaping the future of logistics automation. This role offers international exposure and opportunities to influence the long‑term technology roadmap. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and develop integrated material handling solutions combining mechanical design, automation, and controls. Scale and optimize machines and processes for large deployments. Lead design efforts including equipment specs, material flow, safety, and ergonomics from design to FAT. Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. Manage high‑visibility projects and influence stakeholders across regions. Provide technical leadership for large‑scale projects ensuring operational excellence. Conduct post‑mortems to drive continuous improvement of deployed designs. Lead process improvement initiatives using data analytics, Lean, and Six Sigma. Maintain and update technical specs,



SOPs, and operational guidelines. Industrial Integration: integrate mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with controls engineers and software developers, ensure machine interface and systems integration. Support troubleshooting and optimization of automation equipment to maximize uptime. Implement robotics and AI‑driven automation to boost efficiency. Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field. Experience in mechatronics, logistics, or manufacturing environments. Expertise in mechanical design, automated material handling, robotics, and high‑speed manufacturing systems. Strong background in control systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation. Experience using Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and simulation tools. Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi‑site initiatives. Excellent technical writing for specifications, documents, and process docs.
