Experteer Overview In this role you oversee the operational delivery of regional clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance. You work closely with sponsor teams, CRAs, and cross‑functional partners to drive study execution in Italy and Greece. You will combine hands‑on site‑facing oversight with proactive risk management to support timely drug development. This position offers opportunities to shape operational delivery within a global CRO/FSP model and to lead cross‑functional collaboration from a Rome base. Retribuzione / Benefits Execute and monitor clinical trials within Italy and Greece ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality Provide functional oversight to CRAs and supervise their study‑level training Support site engagement through visits and audits as needed Review monitoring visit reports, CAPA implementation, and ensure protocol adherence Assist with inspection readiness and manage study risk, issues,
