Job Overview We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the technical team, playing a key role in the development and management of cost estimation and cost control activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role will contribute to the definition and analysis of project costs, supporting quantity take-offs, estimating, and financial management both during the tender phase and in the subsequent stages of project development and execution. The candidate will work closely with technical, design, and site teams, ensuring consistency between design solutions and economic aspects, with a strong focus on accuracy in cost estimation and alignment with project cost objectives. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and solid knowledge of the construction sector, within highly complex and technically demanding environments. Key Responsibilities Draft technical specifications and detailed, parametric, and itemized cost estimates; Prepare progress payment statements (both active and passive); Manage the interface between 3 D models and cost estimates (data import/export from 3 D models); Prepare cost estimates for RFQs and tenders, as well as main cost budgets and technical/economic feasibility studies; Implement internal management throughout the entire tendering process; Conduct commercial analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotations; Provide consultancy on risk allocation, qualification,



and margin definition; Handle post‑tender negotiations; Support activities on complex projects and take overall responsibility for the estimating function on less complex bids; Ensure preparation and compliance of summaries for Executive Review; Package management: support handling of procurement requests; Bid Administration – management of the tendering and estimating process. Requirements Technical diploma (e.g., surveyor/industrial expert) or a degree in Building Engineering or Architecture; At least 5 years of prior experience in this role; Solid knowledge of key pricing references (regional and municipal price lists, DEI, etc.); Good proficiency in MS Excel, Acca Primus, and STR Vision; Excellent command of Auto CAD; Good command of the English language; Proven experience in the civil construction sector; Ability to work independently with a goal‑oriented approach. Compensation and Employment Terms The employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €50,000 to €60,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
