Experteer Overview Senior HR Manager at Manitou Italia leads local adaptation of Group HR policies within MIT, coordinating HR activities across two Italian subsidiaries. You will be the key interface for union relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and aligning HR practices with business needs. You’ll drive recruitment, development, and administrative processes, while shaping a positive climate and cost oversight. This role offers impact across the Operations Directorate and a path to influence HR at a multinational level. Responsibilities Manage local union relations, negotiate and sign agreements Represent the company in disputes related to employment relations Ensure timely compliance with labor, contractual,
