We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will contribute to the development of innovative embedded software solutions.

About this vacancy
The resource will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining embedded software in C and C++.
- Developing applications on Embedded Linux platforms.
- Defining the software architecture and contributing to design choices.
- Developing, integrating, and optimizing software components for embedded systems.
- Performing debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborating with the Hardware and Firmware teams for software integration.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Excellent knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
- Solid experience in Embedded Linux development.
- Excellent knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- C1 proficiency in Italian.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Availability to work on-site.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL)
provided will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, based on evaluating the candidate’s experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level indicated above.
In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company policies in effect.
