ph3INSURANCE LIFE INVESTMENTS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST /h3pIn this role you will own end-to-end back-office operations for insurance-based investment products, driving proactive issue resolution and process enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support distribution channels and post-sale activities, ensuring accurate policy administration and compliance. You will interface with external providers and continually improve operational processes to boost efficiency and accuracy. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented position within Allianz’s Operations function, with a focus on unit-linked/IBIPs and a clear impact on customer outcomes. You will work in a collaborative environment that values integrity, inclusion, and service. /pulliManage full lifecycle of LIFE policies (issuance, amendments/endorsements, surrenders/withdrawals, fund switches, premium/payment processing) /liliProvide day-to-day operational support to distribution channels (banks, financial advisers, intermediaries)



/liliHandle post-sale activities and operational requests /liliInterface with external providers (IT systems, administration platforms) /liliCollaborate with Compliance, AML, Finance, IT, Sales /liliContribute to continuous improvement of operational processes /liliBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience /liliSignificant experience (10-15 years) in insurance back office / operations /liliProven experience with insurance-based investment products (unit-linked, IBIPs) /liliStrong understanding of insurance operational processes and policy administration activities /liliFamiliarity with AML and compliance requirements /liliStrong analytical mindset; high level of attention to detail /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ChatGPT or equivalent tools /liliFluent in Italian and English, written and spoken /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
