In this role, you will go beyond day‑to‑day process oversight: you will oversee and improve the existing chemical plants, lead the design, construction and commissioning of new production plants, implement and optimize procedures, manage HSEQ critical aspects and drive impactful cost‑saving initiatives. All while contributing to Clariant's mission of functional excellence and sustainable value creation. /p pPlease submit your application via the system, the once sent by e‑mail won't be accepted due to data privacy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate projects related to process and product optimization, creating detailed work plans and managing interactions between Engineering, Business, and Production teams. /li liEvaluate and improve existing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency while analyzing production unit reliability. /li liProvide expertise in chemical production, including plant startup capabilities and understanding of key procedural requirements. /li liStay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and support production plant projects including troubleshooting and quality improvements. /li liEnsure compliance with local regulations and Clariant policies, performing process risk analysis for safe equipment operation. /li liApply statistical methods and project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5-10 years of experience in production, product development,
