Our mission is to provide technological and sustainableb solutions /b to handle water, which make us part of a needed change for our bfuture. /b Our people culture is shaped by distributed leadership, embracing dynamic principles that promote an open and collaborative workplace where everyone can thrive and bring their best selves. /p /brh3POSITION – Product Promoter /h3 /brpWe are looking for a smart, passionate and driven Product Promoter willing to work in an adaptive organization joining our Group D.Training Team. /p /brh3What You Will Do /h3 /brul /brliTechnical training on products to professionals, customers, agents and distributors in Italy and abroad; /li /brliPreparation of material to support training and sales; /li /brliDevelopment, delivery, maintenance and improvement training content, including written guides, e-learning courses, live training, videos, and webinars, using adult learning principles to produce effective learner outcomes; /li /brliCollaboration in cross-functional project teams to ensure the content effectiveness; /li /brliFacilitating in-person, virtual and blended training sessions for employees at all levels. /li /br /ul /brh3Who You Are /h3 /brul /brliTechnical background (technical diploma in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics); /li /brliFluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus; /li /brliExcellent communication skills and sales-oriented attitude,
