ppAPM Terminals, located in Vado Ligure (SV), Italy, is recruiting a business-oriented HR Business Partner to work on site. /ppAs an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting the organization in all people‑related matters while helping drive business performance through effective HR strategies and practices. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3pPay special focus to these key responsibilities: /pulliPromote an inclusive, high‑performing culture across the organization aligned with APM Terminals' values. /liliContribute to continuous learning and improvement by building capabilities and adopting new lean ways of working. /liliIdentify development needs and support the design and implementation of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities. /liliEnsure training compliance and maintain accurate records in line with legal and company requirements (including safety and security). /liliManage activities related to interprofessional funds, ensuring effective access to available funding opportunities. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on people‑related matters, organizational design, and workforce planning. /liliSupport leadership teams in managing performance, talent, and organizational effectiveness. /liliManage employee and labor relations topics, including interactions with employee representatives and trade unions. /liliCoordinate and support key HR processes such as:ulliPerformance Management, MBO and goal‑setting processes /liliTalent Review and Succession Planning /liliEmployee Development initiatives /li /ul /liliSupport annual salary reviews,
merit increase processes, and compensation benefits initiatives. /liliLead and support engagement, change management, and organizational development initiatives. /liliEnsure compliance with HR policies, labor legislation, and company procedures. /liliSupport the implementation of people strategies aligned with local, regional, and global business objectives. /liliOversee learning and development activities, including mandatory health and safety training compliance. /li /ulh3Who We Are Looking For /h3pbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. /liliProgressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, LD, HR Generalist, or similar role. /liliExperience partnering with managers and leadership teams on organizational and people matters in industrial or international contexts. /liliStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliExperience in industrial, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or port environments. /liliExperience managing trade union relationships, collective agreements, and labor negotiations.
