ph3WCP (Well Construction Products) Applications Engineer /h3pIn this role you will be the technical and commercial focal point for assigned customer accounts in Ortona, delivering design, modelling and execution of well construction projects. You’ll drive technical integrity, accurate forecasting and profitable outcomes while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring contract compliance. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise service delivery, support field execution, and uphold Weatherford’s safety and quality standards. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position with impact on project outcomes and revenue growth. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead design and simulation of assigned jobs /liliProvide pre-job reviews and post-job reports to customers /liliComplete internal PEER reviews and de‑briefs per service design standards /liliCollaborate with Operations Supervisors to ensure executable, well‑resourced jobs /liliTroubleshoot and provide technical assistance to field teams /liliMaintain quality and compliance with HSE policies and Weatherford standards /liliOwn accuracy and quality of designs, models,



and deliverables /liliPresent designs and forecasts to customers; communicate with BD, Ops, Workshop, and Supply Chain /liliForecast revenue, costs and utilisation for assigned accounts; track variances /liliUpsell services or technologies and pursue bundling/contract opportunities /liliCollaborate with Technical Business Development Lead to pursue growth opportunities /liliEngage in ongoing training and performance development to support career growth /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years in liner hangers, cementing products or well construction product operations /liliCustomer‑facing experience with accountability for scopes /liliStrong commercial acumen with revenue/cost forecasting experience /liliProficiency with design and modelling tools (WellCat, WellPlan, Prosper, or equivalent) /liliStrong technical design and simulation capability /liliCRM experience and ability to influence and upsell /liliEffective communicator with ability to present to customers /liliStrong organisational skills for managing multiple accounts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
